2011 Rates: 3 night minimum stay. Rate includes daily cooking & housekeeper services. Full preparation of breakfast and lunch is provided. Dinner can be arranged at additional cost.

• 1 night deposit needed to confirm booking.
• Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival except Christmas/New Years and Easter (90 days).
• 100% refund is given when canceling at least 30 days prior to arrival date except for Christmas/New Year & Easter.

We accept wire transfer, check & credit cards (extra 3% fee for credit cards)

HOUSE POLICIES:
Max. Occupancy is 8 people
Children welcome. No pets allowed.

At client's discretion.

OTHER INFORMATION:
 • A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required with payment. (will be returned minus any extras within 5 days of departure)

• Vonage phone line is provided free of charge to call to the U.S. and Europe.

• Masseuse available daily at an extra charge.

• Food & beverage not included but billed at cost from local market. Staff will stock the house prior to arrival.
